We are starting 2 new markets…one in Modesto and another in Merced. Let your family & friends know in Merced, Atwater, Winton, Hughson,Denair,Waterford and Hilmar that we open on Thursday evening 5:30PM-9:30PM May 31, 2012. “Market on Main St.” is back!!
Cherries are just arriving…De Palma Farms and Arteaga Farms are leading the way with just a sprinkling of very early apricots. More cherries arrive this Saturday 5/19/12.
This Saturday we also honor the Armed Services with special coupons for those in the military. Go to the Information/EBT/basket sales area and come in uniform or bring a military ID to receive a $5.00 coupon good on ANY purchase at the Market.
On 6/16/12 for Father’s Day we will have 100 t-shirts sizes s-xxl for the kids to decorate for Father’s day presents ….and more fun for kids to come.

We are GOING GREEN with recycling. Many thanks to Matt & Margaret Hurley ( M&M Brittany Dog treats)for starting this process. You’ll find 2 of these (to start) . Help us help the environment and throw away the plastics and aluminum with these new bins but please do not throw trash in these as they must be sorted . This can be messy and create a lot of work for the Hurley’s

P&E Nursery are returning with their certified plants to “grow your own” sustainable garden. Plenty of delicious strawberries, the first of the season. Expect Zuckerman’s to have the best of the best in asparagus, flavored nuts for all varied tastes from Four K Farms, dried fruits from Cipponeri Family Farms, crepes, caramel apples,fudge, hummus, Bolani and new this year….chocolate covered strawberries at your favorite kettlepopcorn vendor. There is so much and not enough space to describe it all.
We accept WIC, Senior FMNP and EBT. Any EBT you may have from last year are still useable.
We sell baskets from Ghana and support a small farming village so help us help them!! Great gift for Mother’s Day and so much more…
