We welcome an innovative idea in food at the farmers market. “Almost All Raw Kitchen” with no bake berry pie,brownies,cinnamon bites,dressings and more. But to start they will provide “Green Smoothies” starting Thursday 5/16/13. The smoothies will be made of bananas,kale,berries(various),spinach and agave nectar. We will continue to expand our “GOING GREEN “with recycling next year. Many thanks to Matt & Margaret Hurley ( M&M Brittany Dog treats)for starting this process and encouraging people to recycle.
We will be hosting donations for the Salvation Army the first Saturday of each month beginning in May so plan on bringing any canned goods , cash or fresh produce you may wish to doante to this worthy casuse any or all of the Saturdays they are with us. The third Saturdays we will collecting fresh produce for Interfaith Ministries as well.
We will continue to accept WIC, Senior FMNP and EBT. Any EBT you may have from last year are still useable next year and there after.
We will continue to sell baskets from Ghana and support a small farming village.
